Can I use educational disscount on ipad pro from another country ?

Hey guys ,

I'm a lecturer in a university in egypt and i wanted to benefit from the educational disscount on ipad pro in UAE store and it will be shipped to egypt ... how can i verify that i'm from the university staff ? And are these disscounts are applicable for another country ?! * ( UAE apple store is the official one in the middle east )
