Problems with Malwarebytes

I recognized that there were some virus in my macbook, therefore I downloaded malwarebytes. After scanning, that app said to put some files in quarantine and requested for a restart. After I restarted the macbook, the laptop can not show its screen.

please help me!

Try restarting your machine in Safe Mode, as instructed here: https://support.apple.com/HT201262


If that works, I strongly suggest making a Time Machine backup right away.


After that, you may need to erase the hard drive and reinstall the operating system. But you don't want to do anything without having a backup first. And you might just get lucky and the machine will work normally after running in Safe Mode.
