I used a wrong email address when I got my iPad Air, I added my details to the example,com already there, something like(balaba@example,com) and I have not been able to correct it since 2014. Now my iPad is on activation lock, I have tried everything possible, no result. I need help to resolve this issue please.

The iPad is locked with Activation Lock. There is no way around unlocking Activation Lock without inserting the device’s associated Apple ID. If this is not an option you will have to find the original receipt for the device that clearly shows the serial number. Once you have this document you will need to take this document and iPad into an Apple retail location.

I need to unlock the activation lock on my other ipad which the email used as the apple ID does not exist. How do I go about it please?
