Adding AppleCare (already purchased) to iPad Pro

During the tax free holiday last weekend, we purchased 2 iPad Pro units and 2 AppleCare+. CostCo said they AppleCare would automatically be added but the iPads show we have 50+ days left to add it.

How do we connect the purchased AppleCare+ to the iPad Pros?
