iTunes and App Store disabled
Hi there I am disabled in iTunes and App Store even after trying to update my payment information. I have changed my password and done everything I can think of to fix this problem.

I have the same thing too. When are you going to ask for support in the Apple support page you get messages that our support isn’t available. It suggests we come to this community. Click on that link and I come right back to this message. It’s a circle I don’t seem to be able to break
Sorry -- the community suggestion on the Apple support page is a general thing they put at the bottom of many or all of their support documents but in this case there isn't anything the community can do to resolve the problem; you need to contact support and that isn't always easy since the pandemic disrupted things. Keep trying the link, try the Contact Support at the top of this page, try the phone.
