Apple Watch 4 6.2.8 battery drain at night

I have an Apple Watch series 4 that I have had over a year. I typically will wear it overnight (theater mode so it doesn’t light up, and it’s a perfect silent haptic alarm), wear it throughout the day, and charge it for about 1 1/2 hour to 100% in the evenings before night time. It used to be that overnight the battery drain was around 15% to 85%. However, since the update to 6.2.8, the battery drains nearly 50% overnight, and it will be at 10% or less by 3pm.

Any input or update about this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Figured it out. It seems that during the night when I’m wearing my watch, it is attempting to sync my “Heavy Rotation” music. I don’t know if this is by design that it just works when the phone is plugged in or just scheduled at night or...whatever. Regardless, turned it off, and in 6 hours of sleep, battery drained down to only 86%. Back to normal.
