trackpad issue

the track pad arrow is moving by it self and after several minutes has no response !

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.15

It sounds like you have a defective Trackpad or the battery may be starting to swell pressing against the Trackpad to cause this issue. If you notice the Trackpad or Bottom Case deforming or not sitting correctly it means the battery is swelling and needs to be replaced ASAP. You need to have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider to examine your laptop.
