iPad WiFi gets disconnected

hi

i have an iPad Pro and use OS 13.5.1

the WiFi sometimes gets disconnected and will not connect. Even if i put the correct pass word it say incorrect password. If i do ‘forget device’ and try to reconnect it still say ‘incorrect password’. Only when i switch off the device and restart it then it automatically connects back to the WiFi.

what can i do to prevent this?

please advice

Hello,

Try resetting iPad's network settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
