iCloud and Keychain

An iPad that I do not not own and no longer have access to is connected to my iCloud and keychain, what can I do to protect my personal information? Interacting with the device in any way will not be possible. Is changing all of my passwords including my Apple ID enough to secure my personal information?

Changing your passwords should work.

 Apple ID Password Change.

What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support     I suggest doing this before you change your Apple ID or password.

If it is signed into your iCloud, you can remove the iPad using Find My Phone.
