Iphone 11 pro max flashlight not working.

I have a problem with my flashlight, it stop working one day. i try to force restart worked once and than as soon as i go to the camera it stops working. also some times the phone restart itself. I try to restore all the phone and also its updated to the lastes version. what should i do?
