Apple Music and Verizon

Someone keeps charging me for Apple Music, how do I make it stop?

Was receiving Apple Music free as part of a Verizon plan. Changed plans to one that doesn't even qualify for Apple Music, paid or unpaid. I'm being charged $9.99 now for Apple Music and Verizon says they are merely passing that through from a third party, presumably Apple. Verizon says that I need to go to Apple and unsubsubscribe from my Apple Music account, and I've tried, but I can't do that because I no longer have an account to sign into. But guess what, I'm being charged as though I do have a subscription. Help!

Hi,

Read this If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement – Apple Support and See or cancel your subscriptions – Apple Support.

Thanks for the links. I discovered a forgotten free trial that was about to begin charging. Cancelled it. The Apple Music charges were never billed by Apple, only by Verizon. No Apple charges showed up in my account, in fact, there is no record of having Apple Music for over a year. I'm sure my beef is with Verizon, not Apple.
