My free Apple TV+ one year subscription.

Every time I try to watch a movie from my Mac mini it prompts me to subscribe or select a one week free trial offer. How do I resolve this issue?

Did you redeem the offer yet? Can you access te service on that other device where you redeemed it?

Sign in to the Apple TV app specifically with the Apple ID account that has the subscription. You can sign in from the Account menu.

I have 2 apple ID's and 3 devices. It was a matter of time before I figured it out.
