Cycle count isn't an indicator of battery health. It just tells how much the battery has been used.

A cycle is the equivalent of 1 full discharge/charge (e.g., using the battery until it reaches a 50% charge and then recharging is 1/2 a cycle or using it until it reaches 75% and recharging is 1/4 cycle).
