Cant make face time audio call but can make face time video call from my iphone
The option for making FaceTime audio call is not appear to me only the option for making video call is appear to me in my iphone 11 pro MAX

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're not seeing FaceTime Audio option. We're here to help. Was this iPhone purchased in China? We ask because FaceTime Audio is not supported in China as outlined here:
Wireless carrier support and features for iPhone in Asia-Pacific
There would not be a way to change this.
