XS-Max - A portion of screen is not responding to Touch

Hi I have purchased XS Max in October-2018.. Absolutely enjoying all the features and capabilities of this master piece... Very unfortunate to say since last two weeks touch screen half portion below is not responding.. .. really sad and would like to know is there any way to fix this issue.. I have followed few procedures mentioned in the iPhone official page but issue remains same..


Is it a common problem like hardware malfunctioning !!! can I get a it repaired Free of Cost as I have taken complete care in handling and protecting ..


Kindly suggest ...

The likelihood is hardware but you need to backup before having it repaired anyway,

So try the three steps below

How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings

set it up with your appleID without restore and see how it goes

If no improvement send it for repair or replace

They will test it for user damage looking at the internal sensors


If it works well restore from backup
