• Apple ID: If you Forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support
• Password: If you Forgot your Apple ID Password - Apple Support

Or...

B. Contact Apple Support:

If you still need support - contact Apple Support. They will see what is going on and will run you through the fix. Note: Calls are taking longer than usual. That's because many are working out of their house or are taking classes at home, meaning they have more time on and availability on their hands to contact Apple Support.

If this is an iCloud account, have you gone to iCloud.com/Mail using a computer browser to see if the emails are there?

If a 3rd party address, check the email provider's web site to see if the emails are there.
