HELP Cant get a refund

Im sorry but I didn want to pay for this app. I donwloaded this ap about week ago and as soon as I got it on my phone I tried it and I didnt like it? so I didnt use it at all. But I forgot that before you can start download it you need to agree with their subscription rules, so today is the day when the 'free using days' are left and they took about 46$ from me without giving me a request. Please help me out I dont want to use it at all and I didnt use this app I just forgot to delete it and I want my money back.

I tried its says 'We've determined that your purchase does not meet the conditions for a refund.

Tanks anyway I think I should just let go this situation...

Ok, well you can't get a refund if it says you can't get one. nothing else can be done
