Safety of selling iPhone after factory reset.

Hey guys,

I have to sell my iPhone for personal reasons. I have done some research on safety of my data. But I’m not sure what’s what.

So my question is, how safe is an Apple factory reset? I know data can be recovered from storage devices.

What’s the chance of the buyer getting my data off my iPhone? It’s an iPhone SE 2020 running 13.6.
