No Signal is generally caused by one of three circumstances:

  1. Your phone is truly in a place with no reception. -- Is there someone near you who has signal on the same cellular company's service?
  2. Your SIM card is incompatible with your phone. -- If you took your SIM out of your old 5s and put it into your brand new SE2, for example, the 2.5G SIM that worked fine in the 5c won't know how to connect with your carrier's 4G LTE network. You would need to ask you carrier for a new 4G LTE SIM.
  3. Hardware failure. -- It is possible that, after years of use, either your SIM or your phone has developed a hardware problem. Try removing your SIM, cleaning it with a soft, dry cloth and reinserting it. Try forcibly restarting your phone (Hold the Lock button and the Home button until the screen goes dark and until the Apple logo appears.).

If none of these tips solves your problem, you may need to ask Apple Support or your cellular company to look at your phone.

Good luck.
