Switch billing country account

How do I change billing country if I still have balance in my account and it’s impossible to make it to 0 because there is no exact price products to buy. I don’t mind putting it to 0 and loosing that money.

Contact Customer Service and they can zero out your balance so that the country change will be possible. Use this link:
