Charging Pot/Back Ups

My charging port is broken on my XR and Im getting a new phone tomorrow, i only have a wireless charger to charge my phone and it wont show up on my iTunes to allow a back up as im sure it needs to be plugged in the charging port.

What are my options on backing up my phone to allow it to be transferred onto my new phone tomorrow?

i was looking at trying to use cloud for my photos/music/messages but if i add these to i cloud can they be easily transferred considering i have a small i cloud storage and cant buy anymore?

Your options are very limited in that you will only be able to use iCloud now. You can purchase more iCloud storage on a computer. You can do this on a PC as long as you download iCloud for Windows.

Buy more iCloud storage - Apple Support

You can buy more storage than you think you will need and after the new phone is set up from the backup, you can always downgrade your storage. Personally, 50GB for 99¢ a moth is pretty reasonable IMHO.

Why can’t you buy more iCloud storage? It’s 99¢ a month.
