The install doesn’t really show in a use it can be accessed
If you go to Settings > General > About or Software Update, what version of software does it say is currently on your phone?
What is the existing version of iOS?
Note, 12.4.8 is the highest possible for an iPhone 6.
That is as high as you can go, the 6 does not have sufficient RAM to run iOS 13.x
Yeah, that's kinda what I figured.. so I'm just echoing stedman1 and deggie now, but your software is updated as far as it can be.
