I was charged for an app I do no use with no notification beforehand. How do I get a refund?

How can I get refunded for an automatic subscription renewal to an app i have but do not use? I was charged without any prior notification. Any helpers out there?

iPhone SE, iOS 13

How can I get a refund for an app called Lose it, it renewed automatically and I do not use it.
