My Apple and iTunes account has been disabled

i added my new payment method and still get the message of Apple and my iTunes disabled. Also I cannot update the phone without that being fixed.


please email me a solution

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.
