iMessage: Waiting for Activation
Every time I restart my iPhone I see this, and it is annoying. In settings, it says "Waiting for activation...", but it says that for weeks. iMessage works, my problem is this annoying banner.

Also, I tried many third party solutions:
- Checked Apple System Status (https://www.apple.com/tr/support/systemstatus/)
- Turned iMessage off and back on
- Tried Wi-Fi and cellular data, and both works fine with Safari
- Turned Airplane Mode on and back off
- Time Zone is Set Automatically, and correct
- Restarted my iPhone
- My software is up to date (iOS 13.6)
- Signed out and back in my Apple ID
- Reset All Settings
What else can I try to fix the problem?
