Good day! if i removed the ios beta that i've installed in my iphone 3 days ago, it will also erase my files? photos? contacts? and other apps? thank you

Yes. Use iTunes:
As Mentioned here: Restore your device from a backup on your computer
"On a Mac with macOS Catalina 10.15, open Finder. On a Mac with macOS Mojave 10.14 or earlier, or on a PC, open iTunes"
So, using your DELL PC, Use iTunes.

Yes - unless you back it up using an external location (i.e. iCloud storage). You would go into enable Photos on iCloud - then export them all to iCloud, by enabling Photos. So, just make a list of you current apps, seeing if you can find them when you downgrade. Crating a backup of iOS 14 will will no restore to iOS13.
Or, just restore from a Backup, made from to this upgrade.

You must have and use a backup made before you installed the beta. If you want to install and use the previous iOS, you cannot use a backup made with the beta.
