My Apple TV app only goes to empty library I can’t watch anything can’t go to settings pretty much just nothing. Suppose to have a free year with something that doesn’t work.

Apple TV app does nothing but open in a empty library can’t access anything. I’m very upset with it.

- Try signing out of your account for the iTunes Store & App Store, then sign in again.

- Try force-quitting the misbehaving app, then relaunch and try again.

- Try force-quitting and a restart of the device. Then try again.

- Verify if your Settings allow for the Apple TV app to use cellular data.

- Try a good Wi-Fi network.

- Try resetting the network settings.

- Verify if you and your account are for a country or region where more Apple Media Services are available than just synced videos only.
