I am using blackboard collaborate for online uni tutorials and every time i open it on my laptop it crashes within 5-10 minutes. I can play them on my phone no problem and I was able to use blackboard from March to June with no issues so this is a new problem with my laptop and only happens when watching the blackboard collaborate tab.
