Hello, I wanted to ask you if there is such an application (can there be in the standard "Photo") that makes a photo print of the geolocation of the photo and its date? Please tell me!

Are you asking if it's possible to print a photo from Photos and include the location and date stamp in the print? You can print contact sheets with some extra metadata including the date and time but location isn't one of those. And that doesn't really work well if you're wanting to print a single photo.
Maybe there's a Mac App Store app with a Photos extension that can do what you want.
