Can not mange Mac about store in icloud
your password is required to enable icloud ขึ้น, i try to resolve it but fail

In system preferences > click on Apple ID icon , in the bottom checkmark optimise storage .
once the rotating circle stops , click on store in iCloud .
These settings should be enabled .
In system preferences if photo box is unchecked , double click the empty photo box it will prompt to enter admin password , it will show setting up the box will be checked .
Make sure you have iCloud Drive / desktops and documents box turned as on https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/mac-help/mchle5a61431/10.14/mac/10.14
