I can't find advanced settings in icloud to restore a deleted contact. I'm on my macbook air, not my iphone, but there is still no advanced link at the bottom of the page.
Grateful for any help.

Hi there,
Unlike with your photos, notes or voice recordings, contacts are deleted immediately. I don't believe that there is anyway to restore one which you have deleted. AS such, you will have to create a new contact for that deleted one.
No advanced settings in icloud.com needed to restore a deleted contact
