I was banned from a game I play everyday. Is there anyway to regain access to my game. Their customer service has not helped nor gotten back to me in 5 days and says my account will be deleted in 30 days.

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple – Apple Support
You can only request a refund through Apple, explain your situation and hopefully you will get something.
Apple won't be able to get them to unban your account but might be able to help refund you your money seeing as though you can't access the apps services.
There are two changes on my debit card that are the amounts. Which caused A negative on accounts I’ve search this amount on my recent subscriptions purchases and it’s not on there I need you guys to refund that money now
