failed to connect server when try to reset

this is what is happening when I try to hard reset and/or sign in to my iCloud account. Does anyone know what is happening?

Try Enabling Cellular Data:

Note: It would eat up a lot of Cellular Data, with Use Cellular Data enabled. So, leave it off if you don't have unlimited data; use local Wi-Fi instead. It would give you a better chance of a successfully reset.

  1. Go To: Settings
  2. Tap: User Name (Very-Top Item)
  3. Tap: iTunes & App Store
  4. Enable: Use Cellular Data
