Please read the link I provided above. It says nothing about a card. It specifically tells you not to edit your payment information. Here it is again: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support


It tells you specifically to contact Apple Support. Contact Apple Support directly so they can fix the issue.
