HI, I forgot my screen time pass code, I am trying to reset my iphone to recover but it still asks screen time pass code even to reset my Iphone!

try here first If you forgot your Screen Time passcode - Apple Support
if that doesn't work then this If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
