We appreciate you further clarifying that you're still unable to update. Let's connect to your computer again and place your iPhone in recovery mode to reinstall the software. When prompted, be sure to choose "Update" as this will install a fresh copy of the software while keeping your data in place. We do still encourage you to have a back up, just in case.
