I updated my iPhone 7 Plus and now my email is not working and my Facebook app. I don’t know to delete the update

There is no way to downgrade your iPhone to a lower version of iOS. Can you try seeing if there are any updates available for the apps that are not working? Open the Apple App Store App and select "updates" on the bottom menu bar.
I also suggest you try performing a manual reboot of your iphone by pressing the volume down and power buttons simultaneously until you see the apple logo appear
