Gyroscope/Accelerometer Not Working After iOS Update

Yesterday I updated the iOS on my iPhone 6s to 13.6. Since then the phone will not respond to motion. It won't activate when lifted up, rotate modes when turned, etc. The compass app does not move at all and won't ask to calibrate. I've restarted and reset the phone several times. The phone was not dropped or damaged since it last worked before the update. This support article: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204547 is incredibly unhelpful. Please tell me if it's possible to somehow reset or restart the gyroscope/accelerometer.
