Unable to select desktop and document folder in icloud

I was check the box where it say select desktop and document folder in iCloud setting. And after clicking on Done. After that again I click on iCloud Drive to see if box is already check. But it gone.

Not sure what causing it. I try to check the profile but still nothing. Please help.
