Need a software to be downloaded

HI,I'm using Mac mini. Now I need garageband to be downloaded in my Mac mini. But the problem is I can't download it.App store is asking my email address and after entering it , again it is repeating from first.Can this message help me out to download Garageband in my Mac mini?
