Trying to pair I phone

Iam org owner with box and receipt. When I bought phone “3” I had a I phone 8 plus. I now have a I phone 11. But I have forgotten the user name and password for I cloud. What do I do?

See if you can recover the ID/password.

Apple ID - How to find your Apple An iCloud e-mail address is an Apple ID.

Apple ID - Find

Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
