itunes store disabled

I purchased some songs on itunes and when I went to sync my phone with my computer, it is telling me my itunes store has been disabled. I have 3 devices (mac laptop- iphone, and new mac computer.) I was using the new mac computer when the trouble started

As per this article https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT208856

The pop up notification is quite common , but for every Apple ID account the case could be different , and it's suggested to contact apple support only https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT201232 , as they can look into your account and don't try to edit by your own as it can create more problems .
