Printing a calendar in numbers

We made a calendar for scouts in Numbers. We cannot print it without the pages breaking in the middle of months. How do I force the "Page Breaks"? How can I set the print area to be one calendar month for each page?

Hi krissyt,

Numbers does not have the print area feature or print selection feature.

One way is to place a table for each month on a different sheet (tab).

When you print, you can print all sheets and they will each start on a new page.

Are you using formulas to calculate the dates in the calendar?

A table cell can refer to cell(s) in a table on another sheet.

Please call back with questions.

Regards,

Ian.
