At what pitch is the Apple Watch set at?

Why Apple tells you that your iPhone and Apple watch should ring at the same time whether is a text message, mail or phone call, they call this a feature according to an Apple advisor on August 7, 2020.

When wearing my Apple watch and having an iPhone in my pocket, and I received a phone call, it only makes a sound on my watch. I am hard of hearing and cannot hear the sound.

At what pitch is Apple watch sound set? How can you change the pitch to 261.6 Hz? Can it be changed to anything at all?
