Apple Watch deleted voice memo

Hello,

I recorded a meeting on Friday and the voice memo had not updated on my phone. I searched for people having the same issue here and followed their suggestions. One suggestion was to change the name of the recording; which i did and it did not work. Another suggestions was to make a new recording to restart the sync process; when I did this IT DELETED THE RECORDING OF MY MEETING. The meeting went from a 34 minute recording (which I had listened to before attempting any of this.) to 0:00. If anyone could share a suggestion I would really appreciate and thank you for the help.
