I clicked the wrong back up to restore my phone, once it was done restoring it backed up again so when I tried to go back an restore the correct back up it was gone. How do I find it

I noticed my txt messages from someone got deleted, I erased and restored my phone. It gave me two backup dates to choose from August 3 or August 8, I accidentally chooses August 8. Once it restored my phone it backed up automatically. So I erased and tried to restore the back up from August 3 but it only had options August 8, and August 11. How do I get August 3rds backup restored
