I just had a iOS update yesterday. Since then my iPhone and iPad will not show or discover my home stereo. I’ve shut both devices down and restart and still nothing. My stereo isn’t showing in Bluetooth.

So you are seeing a fast blinking blue light on the Vizio? Or just constant blue?
One other thing you can try is on the iPhone first go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
This will clear passwords for your trusted WiFi sources, etc. so you will have to reenter them. Then try pairing the iPhone with the Vizio.
Are you sure you have the stereo in pairing mode? Do you have any other devices that connect to the stereo?
And you are sure you have placed the stereo in discoverable mode?
Yep, the stereo is in pairing mode. Never had a problem until my phone iOS updated yesterday. It’s the strangest thing. Neither device can find the stereo now. I’ll keep plucking away at it I guess. I just don’t know what else to do.
I did that last night after many attempts of trying to pair them. Now neither the iPhone and iPad can discover the stereo.
My apologies. The only devices I have to connect to the stereo is my phone and iPad. After forgetting the stereo, neither device will rediscover it
I just double checked. It’s a Vizio sound bar and sub woofer. It has a pairing button and it’s on🤷♂️
Yes, the Vizio pairing is flashing as we speak. I’ll try what you suggested and see if that works
Thank you for all your help yesterday. One thing I didn’t try was unplug the sound bar and sub woofer for a couple minutes. Plugged them back in and started the pairing process and there it was on both my phone and iPad 🤷♂️
