FACETIME BUG

While I was sitting with my girlfriend today she received a call from “me” on facetime. The problem is that I did not call her, seeing as I was literally sitting right next to her. I didn’t get a chance to answer the call because she was already on a different call. I changed my AppleID password, but idk why it happened. Could it be that my Icloud was hacked?
