Is this a spam text?

I keep getting this text message, “Your AppIe lD is being used to sign in to a unknown device near New York, United States. https://cutt.ly/ld0gsHU #2YBKGVJ”.

i never click the link, but want to make sure that it isn’t Apple. I am new to their products, so figure better to be safe than sorry.
