Just bought more iCloud storage however, iPad is still stating it’s full. I’ve cleared and off-loaded as many apps as I can.

Icloud is just a syncing service. So what you bought was more space to sync, not more space on your ipad. It’s impossible to add space to your ipad.

What is its rated internal storage capacity and how much of that storage has been used?
